Job Summary
A software development company is filling a position for a Remote Customer Service Representative.
Must be able to:
- Receive calls from clients in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and contractual obligations
- Categorize all calls received in one of the categories provided
- Be responsible for other duties as assigned
