Job Summary
A marketing company specializing in business process outsourcing is in need of a Remote Customer Service Representative .
Must be able to:
- Research, process and resolve customer questions about health insurance, benefits and quality-care issues
- Answer phone calls and emails
- Walk customers through basic troubleshooting or setup processes
Position Requirements Include:
- High school diploma or GED
- Two years of customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Ability to analyze detailed information and draw reasonable conclusions
- Availability to work shifts between the hours of 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. Eastern time Monday through Sunday
