Job Summary

A marketing company specializing in business process outsourcing is in need of a Remote Customer Service Representative .

Must be able to:

  • Research, process and resolve customer questions about health insurance, benefits and quality-care issues
  • Answer phone calls and emails
  • Walk customers through basic troubleshooting or setup processes

Position Requirements Include:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Two years of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer and Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Ability to analyze detailed information and draw reasonable conclusions
  • Availability to work shifts between the hours of 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. Eastern time Monday through Sunday
