Job Summary

A multi-national insurance company is in need of a Remote Customer Service Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Take inbound calls
  • Answer questions regarding coverage, rates, billing issues, and general policy reviews
  • Work with personal auto customers or small business owners with commercial auto policies

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Two years of post-secondary education or higher
  • Instead of the above, two years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to multitask, and can navigate through multiple computer systems
  • Have customer service experience
