Job Summary
A multi-national insurance company is in need of a Remote Customer Service Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Take inbound calls
- Answer questions regarding coverage, rates, billing issues, and general policy reviews
- Work with personal auto customers or small business owners with commercial auto policies
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Two years of post-secondary education or higher
- Instead of the above, two years of relevant work experience
- Ability to multitask, and can navigate through multiple computer systems
- Have customer service experience
