An outsourced call center company. is in need of a Remote Customer Service Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Assisting with inbound calls from clients, patients and customers
  • Placing outbound calls to members, patients, or doctor's offices
  • Multi-tasking without losing efficiency or composure

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Computer skills in a windows-based environment
  • Able to type at a minimum 25-30 words per minute
  • Able to maintains integrity, honesty, and strong work ethic
  • High-speed broadband internet
