An outsourced call center company. is in need of a Remote Customer Service Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Assisting with inbound calls from clients, patients and customers
- Placing outbound calls to members, patients, or doctor's offices
- Multi-tasking without losing efficiency or composure
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Computer skills in a windows-based environment
- Able to type at a minimum 25-30 words per minute
- Able to maintains integrity, honesty, and strong work ethic
- High-speed broadband internet
