Job Summary
a privately-held financial-services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Service Representative .
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Handleing contact with customers, teammates, management, and other departments.
- Requiring tact, conflict resolution skills, and the knowledge and experience of the business to provide accurate and informative answers to customer’s inquiries.
- Reviewing and processing transactions within time goal required.
Qualifications for this position include:
- High school diploma
- Strong background in customer service gained by at least 3 years work or equivalent experience
- PC experience with knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Available to work any shift within the contact center Hours of Operation (Mon-Fri 7a-8p, and potentially partial Saturdays 9a-3p)
