Job Summary
A religious institution is seeking a Remote Religious Institution Customer Service Representative.
Must be able to:
- Confer with partners by telephone, mail or email and respond to their inquiries about products
- Document all partner contact, interaction, and action taken in a database of record
- Recommend and implement digital process improvement to streamline, add automation, and eliminate redundancy
Position Requirements Include:
- HS Diploma or GED equivalent required
- One year of customer service experience including handling escalating customer concerns
- Superb customer service skills with the ability to stay positive and service-oriented
- Proficient computer skills with MS office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong Christian beliefs with a heart for missions, developing relationships, and outreach
