Job Summary
A benefits management company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Service Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Accepting incoming calls from customers, in a call center environment, handling each call in a professional manner
- Providing information to callers, as requested, and coordinates problem resolution with appropriate departments, when required
- Following up on outstanding issues, through resolution, advising the caller of the status and final outcome
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Related experience in the medical/insurance field or TPA experience preferred
- Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; Listens and obtains clarification, when necessary
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment, meeting established business expectations
- Strong computer navigation skills
- Bachelors degree
