Job Summary

A communications company is filling a position for a Remote Customer Service Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Working independently and within a team to deliver a consistent, exceptional customer experience every time
  • Managing all communication-written, phone, and in person, professionally, proactively and efficiently
  • Resolving all customer needs including orders, requests, and follow-up activity

Qualifications Include:

  • High School education or equivalent in experience
  • Minimum of 3+ years of related / relevant experience in position or specialization
  • Strong MS Office skills with emphasis on Excel and Outlook
