A collectible authentication company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Service Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Answering incoming phone calls via multiline telephone system
- Preparing and providing internal and external written correspondence via email
- Assisting customers, dealers and submission centers with their accounts and submissions
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2+ years of previous customer service/call center experience or similar experience
- Ability to learn, gain and retain product and procedural knowledge
- High attention to detail and quality focused
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to multi-task with superior organizational skills
- Possess strong prioritization and time management skills, with a high degree of flexibility
