Job Summary

A collectible authentication company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Service Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Answering incoming phone calls via multiline telephone system
  • Preparing and providing internal and external written correspondence via email
  • Assisting customers, dealers and submission centers with their accounts and submissions

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 2+ years of previous customer service/call center experience or similar experience
  • Ability to learn, gain and retain product and procedural knowledge
  • High attention to detail and quality focused
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to multi-task with superior organizational skills
  • Possess strong prioritization and time management skills, with a high degree of flexibility
