A business services firm is filling a position for a Remote Customer Service Representative.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Handling a high volume of inbound calls for Healthcare Member and Provider inquiries
- Answering Healthcare Member and Provider inquiries and type information into the computer system simultaneously
- Following established procedures to meet customer needs
Position Requirements Include:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must have Internet to include a router with Ethernet jack for connectivity to PC with a private workstation to perform your work
- Call center experience
- Substantial understanding of the job
- Strong reading comprehension and writing skills
