Job Summary
A provider of residential clean energy solutions has an open position for a Remote Customer Service Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Handling high amounts of incoming calls
- Building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive discussion
- Providing accurate, valid and comprehensive information by using the right methods/tools
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience with iOS and MacOS
- Some proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative is preferred
- Strong phone administration skills and active listening capabilities
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
