Job Summary
A commercial real estate services and investment firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Service Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide customer service by answering incoming service requests, via phone, chat, email & online requests from all business units
- Generate and dispatch service request work orders for completion by vendors
- Schedule conference rooms and audio visual equipment
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Minimum two years of related experience
- Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages
