A multinational family of telecommunications companies is in need of a Remote Customer Service Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Navigating between multiple systems to resolve complex customer concerns
  • Uncovering customer wants, interests and needs in each customer interaction
  • Utilizing virtual communication tools to engage your manager or support team for assistance

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Ability to perform basic troubleshooting for one or more products or services
  • Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation
  • Demonstrate self-sufficiency through utilizing various support tools to research and resolve complex customer issue
