Job Summary
needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Service Representative.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Serving as first point-of-contact for students and prospective students via phone and email
- Supporting prospective students through the course selection and enrollment process
- Acting as a consultant to answer and resolve product, service or state requirements questions
Position Requirements Include:
- 2-5 years prior experience in a customer service and/or call center atmosphere resolving inbound and outbound customer service and sales opportunities
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce.com a plus)
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
