A business services company specializing in customer relationship management is in need of a Remote Customer Service Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Maintaining and updating customer information as necessary
- Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
- Escalating calls to supervisor when necessary and appropriate
