Job Summary

A communications company has an open position for a Remote Communication Services Customer Service Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between the Sales Representative, Operation Center Teams and vendors to ensure customer needs and requirements are met
  • Assist Sales Representatives in understanding details of products, pricing, processes, and partner with them to build sustainable relationships of trust
  • Develop and maintain on-going strong relationships with all accounts through regular contact

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • High school degree or GED
  • 4+ years of previous customer service or customer support experience
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize tasks
