Job Summary
A communications company has an open position for a Remote Communication Services Customer Service Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between the Sales Representative, Operation Center Teams and vendors to ensure customer needs and requirements are met
- Assist Sales Representatives in understanding details of products, pricing, processes, and partner with them to build sustainable relationships of trust
- Develop and maintain on-going strong relationships with all accounts through regular contact
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High school degree or GED
- 4+ years of previous customer service or customer support experience
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Effective time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize tasks
