Job Summary
A full-service maintenance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Service Representative Administrative Assistant in Jacksonville .
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Reporting: Google Docs, Excel Sheets and other systems
- Contacting customer and de-escilating issue
- Working with our internal team on various paperwork (work orders, etc.)
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience in continued administrative functions (3+ years) and customer service (3+Years)
- Ability to think on your feet, assess situations, and act with a sense of urgency
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details
- Extremely computer savvy (excel/internet searches/outlook/quick data entry/scheduling)
