Job Summary
A consumer products company is in need of a Remote Customer Service Representative I .
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assisting customers through multiple contact channels (phone, email and chat) with a positive attitude and desire to help, moving quickly to the next customer contact
- Utilizing an understanding of our products and customer needs to recommend additional products when applicable
- Answering customer emails via Unassigned Incident Queue to ensure accuracy and answer all of customers’ questions
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of six months of work experienceis preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in customer service
