A managed services provider is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative I in Houston.

Must be able to:

  • Advise customers on behalf of company’s clients
  • Perform/handle outbound or inbound customer communications via phone or email
  • Interact with customers via various methods of communication

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 6 months customer service experience required
  • Transactional call center experience
  • Work from home call center experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Attention to detail and accuracy and ability to work on your own
