A managed services provider is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative I in Houston.
Must be able to:
- Advise customers on behalf of company’s clients
- Perform/handle outbound or inbound customer communications via phone or email
- Interact with customers via various methods of communication
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 6 months customer service experience required
- Transactional call center experience
- Work from home call center experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Attention to detail and accuracy and ability to work on your own
