Job Summary
A provider of critical health and human services programs needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Service Representative I in Whitley County.
Must be able to:
- Handle customer service inquiries and problems via the telephone
- Use computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.
- Respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 6 months of customer service experience
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Must have high-speed internet (minimum of 20 mbps)
- Must not be delinquent or in default on any federal student loans
