Job Summary
A leader in e-commerce operations and technologies is in need of a Remote Customer Service Representative II.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Act as brand ambassador for specific brands
- Assist customers in resolving escalated or highly complicated issues
- Use higher level of empowerment to resolve concerns
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 6 months customer service or sales experience
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite including email software (Outlook) and others
- Ability to read and interpret documents
- Ability to write routine reports/notes and correspondence
- Ability to speak and communicate well with customers
- Experience with database/Internet research
