Job Summary

A leader in e-commerce operations and technologies is in need of a Remote Customer Service Representative II.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Act as brand ambassador for specific brands
  • Assist customers in resolving escalated or highly complicated issues
  • Use higher level of empowerment to resolve concerns

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 6 months customer service or sales experience
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite including email software (Outlook) and others
  • Ability to read and interpret documents
  • Ability to write routine reports/notes and correspondence
  • Ability to speak and communicate well with customers
  • Experience with database/Internet research
