Job Summary

A contact center is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Service Representative in Augusta.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Support customers through phone, online chat, or email
  • Help customers with a particular product or service
  • Answer customer questions and address their concerns

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Once the COVID-19 situation is back to normal, some of these positions will be relocated to our contact center.
  • Must be able to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Must be a problem solver with keen attention to detail
  • Minimum of 18 years of age
