Job Summary
A contact center is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Service Representative in Augusta.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Support customers through phone, online chat, or email
- Help customers with a particular product or service
- Answer customer questions and address their concerns
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Once the COVID-19 situation is back to normal, some of these positions will be relocated to our contact center.
- Must be able to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
- Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be a problem solver with keen attention to detail
- Minimum of 18 years of age
