A staffing and workforce management firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Service Representative in Augusta.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional customer service to customers while working in a fast paced and professional environment
- Providing a consistent level of superior support during inbound calls
- Remaining knowledgeable and up-to-date on the Client’s products and current on all new processes and procedures
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimum of 6 months of verifiable experience in a call center
- Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
- Steady work history
- Must have High School Diploma or similar
