An omnichannel customer experience management and business process outsourcing company is in need of a Remote Customer Service Representative in Augusta.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries
- Provide excellent customer service through active listening
- Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 6 months customer service experience minimum
- High School Graduate or GED
- Ability to type 25 wpm
- Comfort with desktop computer system
- Over 18 years of age
- Proven oral & written communication skills
