Job Summary
A government support solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Service Representative in Bossier City.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls on behalf of client
- Place outbound customer service or customer satisfaction calls
- Attend telephone skills and program information training sessions
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Zero or more years of customer service or other telephone experience
- 1 or more years of experience working in a contact center or help desk environment
- U S Citizenship is required
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
