A customer experience company is in need of a Remote Customer Service Representative in Carrollton.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing first call resolution when troubleshooting depot repair equipment models
- Using various software programs while assisting customers
- Interacting professionally with internal and external areas to resolve issues accordingly
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of customer service experience with 1 year being continuous
- Must work well under pressure
- Must be able to multi-task in a high-volume, fast-paced call center environment
- Intermediate+ computer skills including outstanding typing and 10-key by touch
- Proficiency in Windows based applications including Microsoft Office
