Job Summary

A business process outsourcing company is filling a position for a Remote Customer Service Representative in Charleston.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Receive or make a high volume of calls
  • Assist current and potential new customers with enrollment processes and assist existing customers
  • Research accounts and provide account status updates

Qualifications Include:
