An omnichannel customer experience management and business process outsourcing company is in need of a Remote Customer Service Representative in Cincinnati.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Provide excellent customer service through active listening
- Handle and carefully respond to all inbound and outbound customer inquiries
- Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to type 25 wpm
- Over 18 years of age
- High School Graduate or GED
- Comfort with desktop computer system
