Job Summary
A multi-national corporation that provides food, shelter, clothing, and transportation products through subsidiary companies is filling a position for a Remote Customer Service Representative in Circleville.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Acting as a primary liaison between sales team, internal departments and customers to gather and record information into order entry, change and inventory management systems
- Ensuring accurate orders and deliveries by subsidiary company
- Creating and maintaining spreadsheets to track inventory, order status and other customer and production related data
Position Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years of experience in Customer Service in a manufacturing, industrial or distribution center environment
- Experience using Microsoft Office, i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Experience with record keeping management
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Demonstrated strong communicator with ability to negotiate positive outcomes with customers and operations
