A staffing agency has an open position for a Remote Customer Service Representative in Des Moines.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Managing inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner
• Researching every issue and provide solutions to them
• Identifying customers' needs and wants-- give your best to clarify information

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Previous experience in a customer support role
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with CRM technology
