Job Summary
A staffing company is in need of a Remote Customer Service Representative in Dover.
Must be able to:
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding order status and appliance deliveries
- Work with 3rd party companies
- Support our trade partners, consumers, and internal process partners by phone
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and problem-solving ability
- Ability to grasp new concepts quickly with minimal assistance
- Proficient in typing and data entry
- Intermediate computer skills and Windows experience
- One year customer service experience required
