Job Summary

A staffing company is in need of a Remote Customer Service Representative in Dover.

Must be able to:

  • Resolve customer inquiries regarding order status and appliance deliveries
  • Work with 3rd party companies
  • Support our trade partners, consumers, and internal process partners by phone

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to grasp new concepts quickly with minimal assistance
  • Proficient in typing and data entry
  • Intermediate computer skills and Windows experience
  • One year customer service experience required
