A demand generation and customer-engagement services company is filling a position for a Remote Customer Service Representative in East Hartford.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Answering back to back calls and resolving issues
• Resolving the problem quickly and ensuring the situation does not escalate
• Multi-tasking while on the phone
