A demand generation and customer-engagement services company is filling a position for a Remote Customer Service Representative in East Hartford.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Answering back to back calls and resolving issues
- Resolving the problem quickly and ensuring the situation does not escalate
- Multi-tasking while on the phone
