Job Summary
A staffing agency is filling a position for a Remote Customer Service Representative in El Paso.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling calls, responding to emails or chat from customers
- Manage inquires and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems
- Provide information in a courteous and professional manner
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Must be able to speak and read English clearly, professionally and fluently
- Minimum 6 months customer service/administrative/telemarketing experience required
- Must be able to type a minimum of 20 WPM
- Experience working with a PC and Windows operating system is required
