An outsourcing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Service Representative in Frankfort.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing excellent customer service through active listening
- Aiming to resolve issues on the first call
- Handling and carefully responding to all inbound and outbound customer inquiries

- High School Graduate or GED
- 6 months Customer service experience minimum
- Comfort with desktop computer system
- Over 18 years of age
- Strong internet connection (12 Mbps download, 2 Mbps upload)
