A software development company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Service Representative in Holladay.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Take inbound and outbound calls from members of clients’ gyms
- Respond to customer questions in accurate and timely manner following established policies
- Explain options regarding upgrading, downgrading, or canceling memberships
