An internet retail company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Service Representative in Houston.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing friendly, helpful customer support to Wine.com customers during the busy holiday season
- Assisting customers with a wide variety of potential issues, including order placement, order status updates, order modifications, delivery issues, and product issues
- Handling customer support inquiries via phone
