Job Summary
A wireless telecommunications company is in need of a Remote Customer Service Representative in Irving.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Using troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to come up with solutions for customers
- Resolving customer’s device, billing and service concerns
- Positioning value-added solutions to customers and closing sales
Position Requirements Include:
- Travel for training onsite and ability to report to the Irving, TX call center within 90 minutes of notice if required by the business during one of your scheduled shifts
- Flexibility to work split shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Associate’s degree or one or more years of work experience
- Customer service experience
- Experience solving customer’s problems in a work-from-home environment
