Job Summary
A financial services company is in need of a Remote Customer Service Representative in Irving.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing inbound and outbound calls
- Performing data entry related to a new program
- Assisting customers by researching their account and providing prompt and accurate information
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Applicants considered must be located within 1-1.5 hours of Irving, TX
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Landline phone or cell phone
- Excellent PC and internet navigation skills
- Efficient time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
