Job Summary
A pharmacy benefits manager is filling a position for a Remote Customer Service Representative in Jackson.
Must be able to:
- Receive incoming calls from members, pharmacies, and doctor’s offices
- Investigate and resolve member inquiries in a timely manner or escalate
- Navigate modern technologies such as extracting and researching data
Position Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Strong PC skills with ability to navigate multiple software systems
- Strong communication skills with focus on professional demeanor and empathy
- All other requirements necessary for this position
