Job Summary
A staffing firm is filling a position for a Remote Customer Service Representative in Jamaica Plain.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Educate customers and dental professionals on eligibility, benefits, claims payment
- Provide direction on the usage and benefits of self-service tools
- Assist members on gaining access to care by locating a network dentist
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Proven professional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to efficiently operate a computer and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with working in a call center and/or customer service role
- 1+ years of experience in a Call Center role
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
