Job Summary
A customer-engagement services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Service Representative in Kansas City.
Must be able to:
- Answer back to back calls and resolving issues
- Build a strong relationship with your customer
- Resolve the problem quickly and ensure situation does not escalate
