Job Summary
An omnichannel customer experience management and business process outsourcing company is in need of a Remote Customer Service Representative in Killeen.
Must be able to:
- Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries
- Provide excellent customer service through active listening on every interaction
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues through the use of desktop applications
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Logical problem-solving skills
- Ability to use Windows operating systems
- Ability to type 25 wpm
- Over 18 years of age
- Availability to work various shifts
- 6 -12 month customer service experience preferred
