A business process outsourcing company has an open position for a Remote Customer Service Representative in Lansing.
Must be able to:
- Handle and carefully respond to all inbound and outbound customer inquiries
- Provide excellent customer service through active listening
- Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively
Position Requirements Include:
- 6 months of customer service experience
- Ability to type 25 wpm
- High School Graduate or GED
- Comfortable with a desktop computer system
- Strong internet connection (12 Mbps download, 2 Mbps upload)
- Personal PC or Laptop
