Job Summary
A digital services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Service Representative in Las Vegas.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Offering Sales and Sales Support interactions from Customers and Sales Associates (phone and email)
- Using a computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting
- Answering basic inquiries and resolving basic problems
Position Requirements Include:
- A High School Diploma and 2 years in a Customer Service function OR an Associate’s Degree
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel)
- The ability to demonstrate customer service orientation
- The ability to select and apply standard policies and procedures
- The ability to resolve routine problems and questions independently
- The ability to pay close attention to details and use time effectively
