Job Summary

A digital services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Service Representative in Las Vegas.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Offering Sales and Sales Support interactions from Customers and Sales Associates (phone and email)
  • Using a computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting
  • Answering basic inquiries and resolving basic problems

Position Requirements Include:

  • A High School Diploma and 2 years in a Customer Service function OR an Associate’s Degree
  • Basic computer proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel)
  • The ability to demonstrate customer service orientation
  • The ability to select and apply standard policies and procedures
  • The ability to resolve routine problems and questions independently
  • The ability to pay close attention to details and use time effectively
