Job Summary

A staffing agency is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative in Los Angeles.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer support issues but help build customer loyalty through their in-depth product knowledge
  • Offer quick assistance
  • Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email and chat, troubleshooting, updating the company's FAQ page

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience going the extra mile to solve complex customer inquiries via extensive research
  • Experience with CRM
  • General familiarity with Google Sheets
  • Adeptness in Spanish Translation
  • Practical knowledge of Zendesk
  • Community Engagement experience required
