A provider of residential clean energy solutions is in need of a Remote Customer Service Representative in Los Angeles.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Handle high amounts of incoming calls
- Identify and evaluate customers’ needs to deliver satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive discussion
