A translation and interpretation company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Service Representative in Monterey.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Acting as primary point of contact customer billing inquiries
- Providing all needed customer service support
- Answering phone inquiries from customers and sales staff
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Two years customer service experience
- Demonstrated good customer service skills
- Detail oriented and good organizational skills
- Some college or technical training
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain rapport with colleagues and clients
