A translation and interpretation company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Service Representative in Monterey.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Acting as primary point of contact customer billing inquiries
  • Providing all needed customer service support
  • Answering phone inquiries from customers and sales staff

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Two years customer service experience
  • Demonstrated good customer service skills
  • Detail oriented and good organizational skills
  • Some college or technical training
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain rapport with colleagues and clients
