Core Responsibilities Include:
- Answering inbound calls relating to customer questions surrounding toll charges and toll violations
- Performing numerous account management activities
- Processing general customer inquiries on account balances and fees
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Must reside within 1-1.5 hours of Muncie, IN office
- High School diploma/ GED/ equivalent
- 6 months of telephone experience in a customer service, telemarketing or call center environment
