Job Summary
A contact center and client relationship management company is in need of a Remote Customer Service Representative in Nashville.
Must be able to:
- Handle and carefully respond to all inbound and outbound customer inquiries through proactive resolve
- Provide excellent customer service through active listening while maintaining information confidentiality
- Adhere to all client and regulatory compliance laws and document all customer facing interactions
Qualifications for this position include:
- Must be over 18 years of age with a High School Graduate or GED
- Have 6 months call center experience with excellent work priortization skills
- Ability to type 25 wpm and be comfortable with a desktop computer system
- Have proven oral & written communication skills
- Must be compassionate customer service mindset
- Ability to interact with various types of customers
