Job Summary
A contact center is in need of a Remote Customer Service Representative in North Lauderdale.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries
- Provide excellent customer service through active listening on every interaction
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues through the use of desktop applications
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to type 25 wpm
- High School Graduate or GED
- Must be over 18 years of age
- Must have predictable and reliable attendance
- Must have logical problem-solving skills
